As part of a project funded by the Québec Ami des Aînés program, we are looking for caregivers of older adults aged 65 or more living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia to participate in one of the discussion groups or one of the individual telephone interviews to better understand your reality as a caregiver.

As part of a project funded by the Québec Ami des Aînés program, we invite you to participate in one of the discussion groups (2 hours) or one of the individual telephone interviews (1 hour) to better understand your reality as a caregiver, the training and support needed and the challenges of caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, throughout your caregiving journey.

We are looking for caregivers of older adults aged 65 or more living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia

We would like to hear from you if:

You are a caregiver 18 years of age or older, able to understand and express yourself in French or in English AND

  • You are caring for a loved one who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia OR
  • You are caring or living with a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia at home OR
  • You are planning a transition in a long-term care facility, or you have lived such a transition OR
  • You are caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia at the end-of-life or you are going through a grieving process.
