Together for early support
Some 50% of people with dementia don't receive a diagnosis until they are at an advanced stage. Whether you've received a diagnosis, are a caregiver or a healthcare professional, find out below how you can benefit from the many advantages of getting early support.
The ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec (Quebec's Ministry of Health and Social Services) announced a referral agreement with the Federation of Quebec Alzheimer Societies. The agreement will allow health professionals to quickly and safely refer people with Alzheimer’s disease, or other forms of dementia, to their regional Alzheimer society as soon as a diagnosis is made.
