Help and support

Active across Canada, each Alzheimer Society offers programs and support services, raises funds in your community and provides public awareness and knowledge of dementia.

No matter where you live in Canada, you will be able access education, resources and support that can address your needs.

Awareness

The Alzheimer Society identifies, develops and pushes forward dementia-focused and dementia-friendly initiatives and campaigns across the country that alleviate the personal and social consequences of dementia.

Shared experiences

Through the Alzheimer Society, people living with dementia, caregivers, families and others affected by dementia can make their voices heard and their experiences known.

Advocacy

As a prominent voice in all levels of the government, we advocate for health and policy changes in your community.

As well, we are connected to partners in countries around the world as a member of Alzheimer Disease International.

Research

Through the research we support, we seek to improve the quality of life of Canadians who are experiencing this terrible disease firsthand, including the discovery of new treatments and a cure for dementia.

Thank you

The Alzheimer Society relies on the help of people like you, as well as our corporate, government and other non-profit partners.

We thank you for your support as we together realize our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
