Support Group Volunteer Facilitator

In this role, you will be leading a discussion-based Caregiver Support Group for care partners, family members and friends who are impacted by Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias.

As the support group lead, you will facilitate or co-facilitate monthly Care Partner Support Groups both virtually and/or on-site, creating a professional, safe and comfortable environment conducive to learning and sharing among participants as they discuss their caregiver journey.
