The IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's

In 2022, Huron Perth IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's participants raised over $100,000 to support people living with dementia!

YOU WALKED YOUR WAY IN MAY AND SHOWED THE POWER OF CONNECTION.

Thank you for making memories matter in your community!

During the 2022 Huron Perth IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's, participants walked 3,209,911 steps and raised over $100,000 to support people living with dementia!

We called on YOU to lace up your shoes, fundraise, and walk 3,047 steps each day in May in honour of the 3,047 people living with dementia in Huron and Perth County during the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s.

You completed your steps at your own pace—in one day, in one week, or over the whole month and you challenged your friends, family, and neighbours to get involved at a distance!

The more than $100,000 that was raised this year, will help meet the growing demand for life-changing programs and services that our community relies on for their wellbeing when affected by Alzheimer's disease or another dementia. Every step that you took was a step towards supporting one person impacted by dementia. No one should have to face this terrible disease alone.

Donations

If you have collected any pledges, you can drop them off at the Alzheimer Society Huron Perth office in Clinton or Stratford. The office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. If you need to arrange a pickup or drop off of your donations outside of office hours, please call us at 519-482-1482.
